Hello to all. I have really dark circles around my orbital bone, and then just redness in my upper eye lids. My skin is too thin (which causes the darkness) and I also have deep set eyes. What concealer/foundation should I use to cover them up? I want it to also look natural in a way in which people won't notice I have it on, since I am a male.
Note that these pics have been cropped to show the affected areas, and were taken using a camera with flash on. I am light skinned and have a little redness in my cheeks.
Thanks for any help! :D

Yeah, I have this problem too and I have spent most of my adolescent and adult life trying to find ways to cure or hide them.
Of course, since I'm a girl, it's socially acceptable for me to use makeup... but even still it's a challenge to hide them
I have tried everything to combat them. Cucumbers, masks. There is an eye cream called Hylexin that has apparently worked for a lot of people. It's very expensive-- $100 for a tube. But, if it doesn't work they'll give you your money back.
It didn't work for me.
Something that has helped with mine... it hasn't made them go away completely... but it has made an improvement... is Knox gelatin. Basically unflavored Jello.
You just mix up about a teaspoon with 2 teaspoons water and apply it all around your eye. Leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Do this every morning or evening.
The pros of Knox are that's it's super cheap. A box costs a dollar or 2. So you could try it without a huge monetary risk.
The cons are that when it dries it is very uncomfortable. It gets hard and it makes it hard to blink. I usually keep dampening it with a Q tip so that this doesn't happen.
For makeup/concealer... the most effective thing is yellow concealer. The yellow masks the darkness the best. If you're worried about it looking like you're wearing makeup, then you could just get a mineral powder and dab it around your eyes. The darkness will still be there; it'll only lighten it a little bit... but no one will ever be able to tell you're wearing powder.
If I were you I'd just experiment a bit and see what works best for you.

*** Yellow is what gets rid of them; not red or green. The person above me obviously has no idea what she's talking about.
there are maximum of motives for dark circles - no longer adequate sleep - too a lot sleep - undesirable weight-help plan its quite often because of the fact the tissue under your eye is SO skinny that any style of blood in that section will manifest under your eyes as dark circles. you have in all hazard considered on television those sleep mask that ppl use to dam out all gentle. purchase your self a type of and dad it in the freezer and pull it out at night (make confident there's no ice on it, and probably enable it heat up basically a sprint in the previous use) and use it the different night once you bypass to mattress. be sure you lather up the sunscreen under your eyes because of the fact sunlight injury makes it worse. they have MANY undereye creams, yet attempt to look for one with an SPF precise in it (in case you choose it for daylight hours shop it in the refrigerator and the cooling result on the dark circles will help out once you positioned it on) make up works for a temp restoration, yet what i informed you will help completely
concealers with a red base is whats going to help cover the dark circles which are blue in color. You can look around, and find some salmon colored concealers, whever you shop . Studio finish by MAC is pretty awesome. Its pricey, but worth it.
