We have 2 computers (windows vista)in my house and one of them is having a problem connecting to the internet. The computer receiving wireless internet service in the house is receiving it and is working, but the main computer that is also suppose to be wire less also will not connect to internet. When we try to do windows update it gives us the error code 80200010. I have been on the internet searching and trying everything but still cant seem to get it to work. Im confused on why one computer is perfect and the other is not. I thought it could be the router but the other computer is receiving internet service fine.Any help would be great
thnx

That error seems to indicate that the network connection is cutting out during the update process. Are the two computers in the same location? It could be the one having update issues is simply too far away from the router and the signal is cutting out. It could also be interference from another device causing connection issues. If you have any phones next to the computer having issues, move them away and see if that helps. Sometimes phones will be on the same frequency as your wireless internet and cause issues. Believe it or not, every time the phone rings my brother disconnects from Xbox Live on his wireless connection. :)
Worst case scenario, try plugging the PC into the router via a cable and see if that solves the issue.
