I'm assuming you mean the Internet video of He-Man singing. It originally came from the song What's Up? by 4 Non-Blondes. Employees of Slackcircus Studios (animation company) ended up singing it themselves and adding animation clips from a show called He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Thus, it was born. From there (2005), it has stayed mostly the same. However, the parts of the intro, outro and dialogue have been cut.
