Idk I don't get it I've never used them I always thought it seems like a scam....... So today I earned $50 in gym bucks.... When can I redeem them? And I need to spend $100 to get my whole -$50 discount correct?

Also can these be used on sale items? I know they can't be used in conjunction with another coupon code etc. But if an item is already on sale?

And when is the next time to redeem gym bucks?!?!?!
