Linux question using commands and the terminal:
I created a directory "/engineering", and I want to assign a group, that I created, called "managers" to it. Which command would allow me to do that?
chgrp
chown -R owner:managers engineering
You need to specify the owner as well, or you could use nobody. You would execute this in the directory that contains engineering.
