The copy i have has been translated from italian by one person with "introduction and notes by so and so." should I include this info in my footnote citation? and how?
just citing the book should be sufficient; you don't need to include the credit that the book gave. (the part about "introduction and notes by so and so." ) when you site the book a person can look at that and see who translated it or whatever so there is no need to be repetitive.
i don't know how well i explained that and there's probably typos, but if that makes sense then i hope it helps!
