How do I copy videos from my camera to my computer?
I have my camera and the correct power cord and everything.
My camera does copy the photo's but when it copys the videos they won't play and they don't work.
if I need to change the format I don't know how to do that.

Update:I have windows media players but it refuses to play the videos to.
not so sure about the format.

Cause that program should play it
What type of Video files are they?
What does it say when it can't play?
