How do i enter a J14 contest?
i would like to enter this contest

but the problem is idk how! i go on and it just ask for my birthday and thats it. than i click official rules and it starts talking about filling out a form but idk where the form is! please tell me how to enter i would really like to win this phone case

You have to be over 13 to enter
then it will ask you for your name, email, birthdate, and it will ask you to type in a security code then click ENTER THIS DRAWING...And thats it
