How do I factory recover my Dell Vostro 1310?
I had some viruses and some problems with it so I want to just put it back to when I first got it. How do I factory recover it? I spammed F8 on the Dell logo and it put me to Advance Boot Options, then I hit repair my system and after a while, it boots me to "Other User" screen, asking for Username and Password. I type in many things and it would not work. Can anyone help??

Hmm...you did the steps right, but it didn't do what it was supposed to.. (YUP, sounds like a computer to me) :P
If the computer came with recovery disks, then use those and boot from CD/DVD.
If you used a Windows 7 upgrade or install disk, then use that.
If the computer came with Windows 7, then call Dell and ask for disks. They may charge a small fee for the disks.
