You cannot increase ur graphics card memory.if u got another graphics port on ur motherboard then u can install additional graphics card and run crossfire/sli.it will increase graphics memory and performance.at the moment all u can do is overclock graphics memory if it supports it.it will give some boost in performance.
Sorry friend but you can not increase the memory on your graphic card.
Now to increase performance in games 2 options are available---
1. Buy a new graphic card of 1 GB or 1.5 GB and a good core clock and directx 11 Support as you will want to use this card for at least 2 years after buying. This graphic card will cost you 125$-150$.
2.buy the same graphic card which you already own and use this newly bought card in a crossfire or SLI setup. These types of setup increase the performance of EACH card by 1.8x resulting in great gaming experience which also suits your budget and gives you bang for buck.
HOPE your problems are solved.

First of all, for most games, you can get away with 512MB of graphics card memory. And secondly, the memory chip is soldered onto the graphics card so you can't increase it, but you can buy a new graphics card that works with the same slot but with more memory (and a good card if you can find one.)
good luck yo
The 128 you have is stored especially for the photographs card. The OS doesnt administration that because it does your RAM. 128 is respectable, you should get 2GB of ram. yet photographs taking part in cards, afaik there is not any thank you to function memory as they're soldered onto the chip.
You buy a new one. Memory in graphics cards can't be upgraded/replaced.
