I.
Do you want to move the DOCument or only the picture? Is not very clear to me. So I'm improvising for the picture:
1- select the picture, go to "file" menu from toolbar and choose "save as..."
2- choose the type of file (can be .jpg .bmp .gif etc.) rather be .jpg
3- choose the place for saving the file.
4- choose the name and keep the type of file(.jpg)
"OK" ("SAVE") done!
.jpg is better, smaller, .bmp is too big, difficult to sent by mail, but .jpg can be edited after if you want.
So you'll have a picture type file .
II.
So try this: After selecting the picture;
a) copy and paste after into paint file already opened
Pay attention to dimensions, if too big, go back to original, and make it smaller from their sides to the center til it's fit
b) cut, (but not recomanded , too riscky) and also paste into the second.
The text inserted into the picture will be selected and carred on together, don't warry, won't rest on word.doc.
How To Paint In Word
Right click on the pic and copy to clipboard, then paste into paint
