The videos must be named a certain way in order to be recognized. The title of the file must start with M4V and contain five numbers. "M4V12345.mp4", for example.
To transfer, plug your psp into your PC via the mini usb cable. Set your PSP to USB mode and drag your files into the appropriate PSP folders. First, MP_ROOT and then 100MNV01 for video, the one with "A" in it is for audio.

PSP only support MP4ãMP4-AVCï¼H.264ï¼ãH-AVC(480P, H.264) format. So you should first convert your video to PSP supported video.
