Right now I have a C+ I REALLY want a 4.0 again this year. I have all A+'s except this one C. I just don't get how you're suppose to be able to raise up this math grade. My teacher stinks at teaching and I get too frustrated at math. How am I even suppose to get my grade up if things are like this?

To raise up your math grade, you must attain better grades than you are currently getting. In order to do that, you must find the reason you are not scoring higher on your tests. One can assume you are getting some math problems WRONG. Learning to do the problems correctly that you currently do not understand will result in a higher grade.
So ask for help, and maybe someone will show you what you don't get.
Well, when you have a crappy teacher, you'll have to make due since you don't really have a choice when it comes to your professor. Try going to tutoring services if you school has one. If not, try to find a friend or someone you know that is good at math and is willing to help you.
Ask a lot of questions in class. Even if you think your questions are dumb or something easy, ask anyway. That's what your teachers are there for, make them work for their pay. Even if your teacher is crappy at teaching, ask really specific questions on things you don't understand, every little bit helps.
Oh and I almost forgot the most important thing. STUDY STUDY STUDY! Study like mad, and don't just cram before tests. Study as you progress through your class.
I know! I have a teacher that is going to teach up to 4 years above our grade! For me, the best way is to correct tests/quizzes and write down the homework for that night. I'm hoping to get mine to a B in two days because this thursday is the end of the term but that's almost impossible!
