Boot from XP CD and press escape when promted to choose don't repair option. Now delete all partitions and recreate them as per your wish ... I would suggest aroung 25-30 GB for system partition on HDD larder than 80 GB (norms now). Format the partition in NTFS (quick) format and than install windows. But before any restoration of data, install a good antvirus, update it and scan your data. Your problem will be resolved.
All registry cleaners are a gimmick. study to edit your guy or woman registry, or take it to a expert. do no longer permit a software immediately regulate and delete entries out of your desktops maximum needed organ. this is like taking your motor vehicle to a mechanic and telling him to restoration the project in the previous he even explains what's incorrect with the motor vehicle, after which you're caught with a hefty invoice and your motor vehicle is broke worse than once you dropped it off. do no longer do it.
Try Uniblue registry booster, this should clean up your register, there is a trial version, I use this every week and never had a problem since I installed it.
As you can't start windows, start up your pc, hit F8 choose safe dos promt and enter the following,
%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
this will get you into windows restore, that is unless it has been disabled
You just did a windows repair instead of a full reinstallation or you wouldn't be having those problems.Follow these directions.
