How do I resolve an e-mail problem?

Why does customer service ignore my request for help with my problem?

Whenever I click the attach button,sometimes it will open up the window to select the file to attach and sometimes it does nothing. When it does and I am able to select the file to attach, I get a message informing me that the file cannot be attached, even though I have attached this file in previous e-mails.

Give your browser a bit of a clean using this,

I have IE and I do this,and it does work with some other

browsers,so give it a try.

On the keyboard click 'Control Shift Delete' together then,

on the window that appears click on Delete.

My frnd first go verify whther they are having the right e mail identity...After that in basic terms verify your junk/unsolicited mail mails folder..you will truthfully discover them there i'm hoping I even have helped you in this... bye :)
