When you receive a message you will see a small box following the email address that is not yet in your contact list....click on that and it will bring up the option of adding it to your list...This is normally only those that are in the FROM box...
When you send a message any email address not yet in your list will come up in a box giving you the option of putting it in the list..
You can do it by yourself by clicking on CONTACTS near the top of your email page and you will see where you can place a new email address and click on ADD...
Should you want to add them to one of your categories place a checkmark in the box to the left of the contact name (after you have added it as directed above)...go above and click on ADD TO CATEGORY...once the list is brought up click on the category you want it in and that automatically puts it in...
