very simple.. use one good hammer and break each part of the computer...Surely it will turn off
Click Start> Turn off computer> Shut down
Any other answer than this and you are being mislead or being made fun of!
go to your start button on the left bottom side of your monitor, click on it, and click on turn off computer. a menu will pop up. click on turn off
pull the plug or press the power button
do you think you should be using a computer if you can't turn it off?
Same time press ALT+CTRL+DEL then you can choose log off button,
Or Start>left side Log off button

Start button (Bottom left of your toolbar or the start between the alt and ctrl buttons on keyboard) -> Turn off
Be patient
Then you can turn off via the power point.
Don't turn off the comp via the power point without first turning off your comp through the start button.

pour water into disc drive
acquire hammer and cold chisel
gently hammer out screen
reach inside
pour in more water
then
acquire an axe
cut all cords
go to mains power box
add water to power box (ensuring your wearing rubber gloves)
to turn on take to store and ask about warranty service

turn it off like 1 year old kid did...
Unplug it from the wall.
Put it back in the box.
Send it back to who you bought it from.
