just use the cable to connect to the usb port of your computer, and transfer the videos to your pc. If the formats are avi, wmv or mpg, then you can directly upload to youtube.
---for best editing..
use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/lyrics/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv... finally upload.
or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....
this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.
Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.
It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload.
It works very well....just google search for "zillatube", and select the first search result for download...

You have two options; upload the videos from the camera to your computer using a USB cord OR uploading them from an SD card (memory stick).
If you have a USB cord:
1. Plug in the USB cord from your camera into your computer
2. Click 'Open folder to view files'
3. Click/select the video(s) you want to upload.
4. Paste them into any folder or anywhere on your PC
5. Then, go into YouTube and click 'Upload' at the very top in yellow
6. It should be a walk in the park from there ;]
Same goes for an SD card.
