" 26 x 19 " means the same as " 29 multiplied by 19 " .
This is how you would work it out :-
26 x 10 = 260
double 260, to find out what 26 multiplied by 20 is..
which would be .. 520.
Now finally take away 26 from 520 to give you the answer of '26 x 19' ?
520 - 26 = 494.
Your Final Answer is 494.
