Sometimes, I employ Neuro Linguistic Programming.
On other occasions, I may go for a walk.
Depends if I'm stressed I might go to the gym, head out to my punchbag or go for a run.
Playing guitar. Lock myself in my room and just sit back for a while either with music on or in just pure silence.
Little tip though if you're going to use a punchbag wrap your hands correctly, trust me on that one
Deep breathing and clearing my mind...meditation. Telling each part of my body to let go of the stress one part at a time.
draws a cartoon (any carton you like), go outside and do Tai-Chi execise, workout, sleeps for long hours
sex is a great stress reliever
sleeping or playing some angry songs... especially on my fiddle...
