the world is full of stressing stuff that we encounter, our mind is not working at its best if you're stress. i cant control my anger if im stress. i do some weird stuff like counting in my mind just to minimize my anger but sometimes its not enough. how do i manage my anger effectively ?

I have a stress ball that is like a sponge ball and I pump it. I think of a song to try and take my mind off of the stress. If I can get away I go to a bathroom and run cold water on my wrist. Exercise helps get the serotonin from your head to your gut, so try kickboxing or running or dancing or something like that. Dogs help me and music helps too.
