obviously you hadn't delete all the malicious files and other things related to eco antivirus. here's step by step guide on how to deal with this malware http://www.spywarevoid.com/remove-eco-antivirus-ec...
In order to remove Eco Antivirus concentrate on removing these parts: EXE, BAT, or other process files (example Eco Antivirus.exe). DLL and LNK files that are quietly running in the background. Registry entries that have been compromised. Unfortunately it can be very difficult to perform a removal on your own. Dozens of malicious files can exist on your hard drive and if you miss a single strain then it will regenerate itself upon the next system reboot.
Eco Antivirus is a rogue anti-spyware program that displays false and exaggerated scan results. Thankfully, though, there is a totally free way to remove this program.
Please visit this page and follow the guide in order to fully remove this program and any related malware:

Please note that many of the answers to your question state that you should download and install Xoftspy or Spyhunter. Both of these programs only scan your computer and do not remove anything for free. They are only being shown in order for the poster to make a commission. Instead only use programs that do not require you to purchase them in order to remove found infections. The guide above includes a program that will remove this infection entirely for free.
You could try a few things. First of all, scan your system in safe mode using a decent spyware remover, such as Spyware Doctor or SUPERAntiSpyware. If that doesn't work out, try to remove it manually. You can do that by following these instructions:

G-Money: Although it is possible to manually remove Eco Antivirus, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend using automatic spyware removal applications found on 2-viruses.com.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “Eco Antivirus” HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eco Antivirus HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Eco Antivirus HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Eco Antivirus
