Try taking it to Gamestop, they can clean your disc and try to remove the scratches. Or just watch some Youtube videos, various things (banana trick, toothpaste trick) often work for people, depending on how bad the scratches are.
There are a few popular methods, but the one that has worked for me the most is actually scrubbing a small bit of toothpaste onto the scratch marks. Use an old toothbrush or towel, small dab of toothpaste on the scratches and wipe in that general area, then wipe off any excess toothpaste. I can't remember at the moment the technical reasons for why it works, but it's worked for me on 2 separate occasions. Hopefully it will work for you as well.
