That would be a total mastectomy. I don't think you want to be THAT small. But maybe a good size for you would be a B. B is a pretty average size--not too large, but not flat chested either. C is when guys start to really notice, and D is "va va va voom!" The size "A" is kind of flat chested--think Kate Hudson. That could be fine if that's what you like. But "B" is more of an average and I think going from a G to a B, B will seem quite small enough for you.
