My life is stressful and filled with worry at the moment. And it's not just worry over silly little meaningless things either. What can I do? I feel like I've reached a limit and I can't cope. :(
Counseling does help but in the meantime, there are two kinds of stress, ustress which helps you improve and standard stress that everyone faces daily. When I am stressed, I do a non compatible activity like cleaning or going for a walk listening to relaxing music, call a friend, etc.
But if you are at the limit, the go seek professional help
You should know that you will always have something coming up and becoming stressful in your life. You cannot control that. You can control your actions towards it though. Will you let it affect you or not? When something comes up just handle it right then and then its over.
