You can ignore your email account for several months and it will delete itself, or you can delete your entire account which will delete the email address. If you want to delete your account, click on this link: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

Yahoo will ask you to enter your password one last time and then you will click on the "Yes, terminate this account" button. Your entire account will then be completely deleted.

I'm assuming you're referring to an email you've received. All you have to do is click on the delete button if you've already opened it. If it's unopened, click on the little box to the left of the sender/subject line and then click on delete. This will send it to the Yahoo trash. To get rid of it entirely, empty your Yahoo trash.

you just check the ones you want to delete then at the top the the word delete is in the left hand corner just hit that and it will delete the ones you checked OK
