I would change the decimal into a fraction first (1.5 = 3/2) and then divide (3/2)/105 which is the same as (3/2)*(1/105) which is 3/210. You might be able to simplify it out more but I'm too lazy to try.

=>15/10*1/105

=>1/10*1/7

=>1/70
