When you plug your phone in, using the charging cable and a USB port on the computer, it should be read as a hard drive. Browse to the hard drive, find the photos, copy and past them to the proper folder on your computer's C Drive.

This allows you to use the local wifi to transfer photos. (Both the computer and the phone need to be on the same Wifi router) This allows you to browse photos and download them as you need. Very handy!

Email them to your account and then download the photo attachments to your computer.
You also have the option of sending your self an email from your phone and attach what photos you want in your computer.
