Hi,
I downloaded Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition. Its in an .iso file. its about 720 MB. When I extract it there i a ReadMe file. In there it says "This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification." I know i have to burn the iso image to a DVD disc but I don't have a DVD Disc. Is there any way I can extract the files?

Yes. You need to download a "virtual cd drive" program, and "mount" the ISO file as a disc. This will trick the computer into thinking the ISO file is an actual CD, and will treat it as such.

By any chance, did you check requirements for Vista.... it requires specific hardware to run and if you want it to run the way it's supposed to, you need 2 gigs of ram, a dual-core processor and a hefty video card. I don't know what that file is but it may reside on computers that are able to run Vista. Check your requirements - or tell us more about your computer. Many people are downloading Vista on computers not made for it - and they're having lots of problems.
