how to send a program via email/internet?
I need to send a 458 mb program to someone and i don't have the slightest idea how. It has lots of folders and files.( I think I might need to provide you more details but I don't know which to indicate.)

You could upload the file to a website such as Dropbox or Google Sites where you can upload files for just yourself or for others to download. Then, get the direct download link for the file, and convert it to a goo.gl, bit.ly, adf.ly, tinyurl, etc. link. Send that link to somebody with a simple copy and paste. Done.
