I separate myself from my friends and family. I feel like If I tell them why I feel the way I do they will make fun of me. I feel like there is no point of me living. I wish I could be happy. Everytime I do feel happy something bad happens. Help?

Be with someone. EHarmony time.
It's hard to help you without knowing your particular story, but I can say this...
You said you don't want to tell your friends and family that you're depressed because you "feel" that they'll make fun of you. Well, how do you know for sure? That's just how you feel. If you feel it's important for you to talk with them about what you're going through, think about some small ways in which you can potentially start a conversation with them. You don't have to blurt out "I'm depressed!" but you could possibly start off by asking if they've ever gone through periods in which they've felt sad and lonely. And then if they were to say yes, you could use that as a way to confess your own feelings.
I was very depressed some years ago, and got over it, so just know that it is possible to overcome.
I'm in the same boat as you - literally. I think it's all just a part of life. Everyone goes through periods of depression. You just need to stay active and overcome it. From personal experience I will tell you, never resort to any substances, alcohol, psychologists, psychiatrists. If you really feel you need to let something out you should talk to the person closest to you in private, when you're sober. Never resort to any substances, alcohol, therapy sessions, ESPECIALLY any prescribed medicine.
Everyone goes through depression. You will feel uneasy and painful inside for a while but it is important that you get out of it yourself. People can help you, but ultimately it is up to you to get out of it.
You should seek God if you are unhappy.Don't separate yourself from family and friends. If you are cautious about specking to them try talking to a therapist. They will not judge.( at least not to your face)
Knowledge of what is possible is the beginning of happiness. If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes.
And have daily conversations with God.
If you can not talk to your friends, or family, then that is their fault, not you. If your "friends" are ACTUAL friends, then they will gladly talk to you and help you out. Let them know what is going on in your life, let them know how you feel.
