From 1 week I am acting in a very retarded way, my thinking has changed somehow and it is not working properly with my brain like it used to. I am failing in almost everything including my arguments with other people, the way I am talking now is how I noticed it. My brain is just not able to work properly with the way I think and I am clearly failing in almost everything I do, I am forgetting things every 5 minutes and not able to remember anything at all. I think this is expressive receptive or something similar to that. Is anyone able to figure out what it might be from the symptomps?

The main problem is that it is affecting me with way I talk, its not matching with how my brain works...
