I can't use the rotating tool in photoshop?
Every time I try using it it says "could not complete your request because it only works with openGL enabled document windows" And I have no idea what that means help! ><

OpenGL is a software i believe. Basically ur computer didnt install openGL so it doesnt work or ur computer is too old and cant handle opengL
