I have installed Hotspot Shield on my computer, and it doesn't work one bit. Not one second does it work. Now, I hear a stupid beeping every 10 seconds and when I try to uninstall it, it says it can't find the webpage. Can anyone help me on how to uninstall this piece of crap?

The program is spyware and they make it hard to uninstall. You will need to go into the registry and remove all traces of it. I suggest you search for the words anchor and hotspot in the registry.
Hello! I am sorry to hear that HotSpot Shield is not working on your computer.
If you are using a Windows computer you can access the uninstall programs and features by doing the following:
1> Click on the START icon in the task bar
2> Click on Control Panel
3> Look for "add and remove programs" or "programs and features". A list of programs currently installed on your computer will generate.
4> Select the program you want to uninstall and double click it.
5> The program will uninstall. ( You can uninstall one program at a time, and a restart may be required to completely uninstall the program).
Be sure to uninstall any additional "freeware" that may have been downloaded to your computer along with the program. If you're having other issues you might try contacting the vendor at [email protected] for technical support.

First you have to uninstall it after that you have to delete it.I think there is some setting problem that's why it's beeping.
Some of those stupid things take extreme measures to get rid of. Hell, I've resorted to just reformating my drives when something like that gets onto my computer, of course I've learned not to download that crap anymore...
