This is purely hypothetical thinking for college work, but if a feature film was to be made out of it then who would you aim it at?
Would it be the older generation, who knew more about Diana and witnessed her lifetime and work?
What would your views be on it?
I think it's important to mention that the film would chronicle Diana's early life and end when she finds out she is pregnant with Prince William.

Based on instinct I would say that a Diana movie would be more aimed towards the older generation. They would probably have more interest in seeing a biographical movie of this vein. Having said that, there are a lot of Royal family enthusiasts in the world, who would probably want to see it, especially because it's 'Diana', because she was so very popular with the people. Perhaps it would be marketed in a similar way to The Queen or The King's Speech (obvious choices I know!)
Directors try to make the past history interesting usually for people who like that area or were born around that time. It would be nice if a director could make a film like this for a younger generation so it wouldn't be so boring for them. Younger people like twists and scandals in films like these so in my opinion:
-Make it appeal to a younger generation
-Make it interesting, but not educational
-Make it have twists and plots
-Make the most of action and dramatic scenes
-Try to make it more of a thriller then a drama.
