"Well if you were to ask me my answer would be lack of common sense, but if we must play the blame game then the fault is Romeo and Juliet’s; after all we are our own worst enemy."
Is my puncuation correct? This is for a paper for my English class.

By no means.
There should be a comma after "Well," if it were necessary for that word to be there, which it isn't. There should also be a comma between "me" and "my," between "game" and "then," and "all" and "we."
There should either be quotes around "lack of common sense", or the sentence should be changed so that they are not needed. Same with "the fault is Romeo and Juliet's"---it should be "Romeo's and Juliet's," or something like "the fault lies with Romeo and Juliet."
