You need to go to their site, county web page and make your own decision. There are true ghetto places and then there is your description. I've had teens say that about clothing and places here in this state. Not really a very nice word overall. If you want shopping mall(s) then go to Miami or Orlando or West Palm Beach. Dade City, used to be a small town, might still be. I don't hear much about it.
