Alright, so this question may be kinda stupid, but
I have a 13in. late 2008 mac book pro, and it has a current mac version 10.8.1.
Recently, my games have become buggy and unstable, and the graphics and FPS was horrible.
So i wanted a update for my current Nvdia Geforce 9400M Graphics card, which my friends told me had an update.
However, when i browsed through software update, i did not seem to see any updates.
So can anyone give me a link/etc to somewhere i can update my card? ty

You do not have a graphics card. You have a graphics chip. It is more likely the games that need updating to work well with Mountain Lion. Check their publishers sites for any recent updates. Also try updating to 10.8.2 from the App Store which will have the latest graphics drivers available.
Nope, it's all onboard like in a laptop and there's no room for a selection card. If you desired a Mac that you can upgrade in that approach then your simplest alternative is a Mac pro, all different Macs are usually constant configurations.
Apple is good about removing old software updates. It's part of their planned obsolescence. Buy a cheap Dell and be happy.
