I have a brand new computer with the Nvidia gtx 770M chip and have problems with Mass Effect 2. The opening credits splash arts are very tiny and the menu lags a lot The menus is as if it is 10 seconds behind my actual commands. The game gives me a warning that I may not be able to run it well and the graphics may be poor. I have no idea why because I can run very demanding games flawlessly. Please give me any tips as to fixing this issue. Thanks!!

Hi,
It sounds like your computer has the Nvidia Optimus graphics switching, switching between Intel HD graphics when not gaming, and the 770M when you are.
Some games do have problems recognizing the graphics switching technology, and it sounds like my experience with this game on my laptop which ONLY has Intel HD 3000.
Give this a try:
1) open up the nvidia control panel (use the search in the start menu)
2) under '3d settings' select 'manage 3d settings'
3) click on the 'program settings' tab
4) find mass effect 2 in the program list and switch it to 'high performance nvidia processor'
For step 4, If Mass Effect 2 is not listed you can browse to the games exe file instead and add it manually.
This should FORCE mass effect 2 to detect the 770M as soon as you double click the games icon.
Good luck :)
