Does it have stability control or any other electronic stability devices?
sometimes if you shift the load of the truck to either side or upset the balance too much the stability control will override the traction Control being off and it will keep your tires from spinning. its a good thing, especially in the snow around turns where your back end would want to step out.
i don't know how you bypass it but i assume it would be a wiring "hack" where you jump a few wires to your stability control or traction control to trick it into thinking everything is ok.

its a tundra with a 4.7 you couldnt do a good burnout if you tried ... go buy a dodge they have 400 horsepower stock and way better features
