I have a windows xp desktop and when i try to turn it on the screen says "No Signal" I have checked all the cords and they are plugged in proply..Also the screen and the tower have power its just the screen says no signal and turns off do you know whats wrong with it and how it can be fixed?. That would be a video card error. Check to see if there is another video card in your computer (possibly onboard if you have upgraded video cards) If this is the only video card, check to make sure that it is seated correctly in the slot (you will need to open the computer to do this) You may have a dead video card, and need a replacement.
