Restart the laptop.
Watch on the screen for "Press ____ to open Setup"
Tap that key.
In the BIOS Setup screen you will see "Press F6 to Restore Defaults" (or another key)
Press that key.
Confirm you want to set to Defaults and then choose to exit and save settings. (F10)
The laptop will restart with the new settings.
The nVidia GPU may now show in Device Manager.
Install the driver.
If it is still missing, then you probably have a defective/damaged motherboard.
Why was the keyboard needing replacement?
Could be a spill or drop caused the problem.
Or it may be a manufacturing defect.
