My computer claims i have no audio device installed. when troubleshooted it says hardware changes might not have been detected. sound,video, and game controller is missing from device manager i have installed several different audio drivers but all of them wont work. id really like to get Realtek HD to work as its recommended but at this point i just want sound period
please help!
Update:i have done that and i still cant get my comp to recognize anything ive downloaded

Go to the manufacturers website and navigate to the support page. Put the model number in the search box in the support page and download the drivers corresponding to your operating system ie 32 or 64 bit Windows Xp, Windows 7, etc .
Edit: Make sure it's the specific model of your laptop/desktop. An example would be Toshiba P770. There are about 10 models of P770.
