No! as an ER nurse I have run many drug tests. Percocets show up as Opiates. Drugs such as Xanax show up as benzodiazapines. Good news is if your not habitually abusing the drug, Percocet should be out of your system between 48-72 hours. Good luck and take care of your self.
As Percocet is an opioid (oxycodone + paracetamol/acetaminophen), i would not think it will show up as a benzodiazapine, which is a different class of drug. They are both however alkaloid in nature, but I would think the testing methodologies are suffiecently advanced to differentiate between them.

Percocet contains oxycodone so that is likely what will show up.
Benzodiazapine are quite different.
