1.go from mauville to fallarbor and talk to the guy that's standing next to the tree that kinda stands out and he'll give it to you. 2.go to slateport and go to the market place where they sell dolls,stuff for your secret hideout and more.go to the very bottom and talk to the woman on the right.and she'll sell you secret power and hidden power
