Okay, it's pretty late in the night right now, or actually early in the morning where I live, and I'm pretty freaked out.
Here I am trying to sleep(my room is in the basement) while my younger sister is in her room(her room is next to mine) playing her Dsi, and my brother is asleep(In the basement's gaming room). Suddenly, I hear this girl talking, and my brother starts to talk back to her. The scary part is(to me at least) is that the girl wasn't speaking english, it was like some weird gibberish, and then my brother started to speak it too!
My Sister came to my room to ask if I was talking to my brother, and I said no (i thought she was). We both went to where my bro was, and he was still sleeping! When we woke him up, he started to shake, and he said it was cold. We had our AC on, but it wasn't that cold for him to start shaking, and his skin was warm to the touch.
I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but can someone please explain, if you have an idea?

I'm not sure if I should mention this...but, I had an idea about what kind of gibberish they were talking, I'm not sure but could a possibility, that the girl and my brother were speaking backwards?

Btw, my sis and I both thought the girl was us (I thought it was her, and she thought it was me). The girl sounded like my sister, but to her, the girl sounded like me.

My wife talks in her sleep. It creeps me out sometimes. It's never anything coherent- it's mostly garbled babbling. At ten years old, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that your little brother's voice is still fairly high. It's totally possible that he was talking to himself in his sleep- that his voice wavered across many different ranges throughout the episode. The temperature stuff and the fact that you both heard it is a tad bit eerie, however, I don't think that it's necessarily supernatural. Did he report any bad dreams or anything at all? If it keeps happening, then it might be cause for concern. As it is, it's probably fine.
Well my dear the subconcious can do alot of things when we are asleep. My husband talks in his sleep and I have recorded it and it sounds like another language but it's just gibberish. I don't think you need to worry. And if it was a ghost (?) then it was friendly , right?
Don't make this worse by getting more afraid. It will probably never happen again.
Talk to a parent and tell them how you feel and that you are afraid...

You had a little nap and dreamed the lot. Stop watching 'paranormal TV shows and switch to the science channel.
EDIT: Wolf Pup, its highly probably that you did in fact have a micro sleep while you were trying to get to sleep, and had a dream. It is orders of magnitude more probable than something 'paranormal' happened. You must keep in mind that nothing 'paranormal' has ever been shown to be true, we have zero evidence for it and we would have to over turn all science and physics. Look up 'occam's razor'.
You haven't told us at what point you woke up.

Ok 10 yr old brother is asleep, dreaming, "talking" in his dream, doing both sides of the "conversation" in alternating voices (my 3yr old grandaughter does it when she plays with her dolls) , not a very nice dream, wakes up in a cold sweat. Because she is the only other girl around you assume the "girls" voice is your sister; your sister does vice versa, As a sibling his voice is probably similar to yours anyway.
No "paranormal" activity at all. You can sleep safe! Your little brother is not possessed by a demon :-)
What most people don't realize is that when the body sleeps our spirit is always awake, and has a spirit conscious of it's own. I am aware of this when I am asleep, because my inner eye opens to see in the room when spirits come near, and at times I could feel their thoughts as well, and once communicated telepathically, sometimes they speak to me out loud, sometimes it's clear and sometimes it not clear what they say. It happens more than people want to believe, I have even communicated while having an out of body experience, and I know the differences between them all, whats a dream and what's not, and they do come within our dreams to communicate as well, they usually use visions in picture form in stead of words to communicate.
You never gave us an age for the brother. I would assume he has a teenage girl hiding in his closet or under his bed, you know how we men can be. And the language they were speaking was probably a love language (French, Latin, etc.)
