I'm off for the holidays now and want to get cracking on my Grade 5 Piano pieces. I would like to play three totally different sounding pieces.
Which would you recommend?
For Grade 4 I played;
Minuet in G
Alone at Sunset
Carnival in Rio
I'd like to play a lively one, but not to difficult please. If you could tell me the hardest and easiest from each section I would be extremely grateful!
Also any tips on how to learn the pieces will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks x

They should all sound completely different- the 'A' pieces are baroque/early classical, the 'B' pieces are all Late Classical/Romantic, and the 'C' pieces are all 20th/21st century. As to what pieces to play, just look at the list online, or in your Grade 5 book. At least one from each section will be lively- the tempo will be a clue.
