Hey guys!
I am building my new computer and i noticed that my motherboard labels the power button connector as PWR BTN and the pins are labeled PWR and GND (ground??),
while my case labels its power button as PWR SW and the connectors as + (brown) and - (white), does that means anything? Can it be possible they are incompatible somehow? Which color is more likely to be "GND"?
My case is In Win dragon slayer and my motherboard is ASUS M4A78LT-M LE, i am just in process of troubleshooting my build because all the light indicates motherboards "sleep mode" and nothing happens at all when i hit the power button on my case, i didnt ever booted this build successfully before, i am not mentioning the rest of my computers parts because i want to focus on this specific connection, sorry if i seem clueless, this is my first time building a computer.
By the way, my case seems not to have mounted system speaker, so i get no beep signals, nothing happens AT ALL when i hit the power button.
Thanks for any advice!

Power button and power switch are the same. And for a switch it should work even if u switch the wires. U can't switch the wires for any LED indicators though...u need to determine the + and - for them.
White is the ground.
