I want to move to the accelerated math (Pre Algebra) in the 7th grade, but in the 6th grade I decided not to move to Accel. in sixth so I don't know what I've missed/ not learned. Is there anything specific that I have to learn before going to Pre Algebra?

Your fine, they teach everything again in middle school anyway. if you got moved up then you should be able to get it. Whats in the class depends on the teacher. Don't worry about it, the biggest thing holding most people back in math is the idea that there not good at it.
Im my middle school pre algebra was the same as 7th grade math but it moved faster so at the end of the class you start learning stuff about algebra 1! So Nothing really because 6th 7th and 8th grade math is basically the same in middle school! Hope i helped !
