PS3 stuck on updating loop? Error 8002F1F9?
So I purchased a PS3 (fat 40gb) marked as "good works great" (on eBay) but when I attempted to play Batman: Arkham City. The game said it needed a 3.73 to play the game. So, I automatically pressed ok, and it showed signs of that the PS3 was downloading files, though I don't know how if my PS3 was not connected to the wifi. So it downloaded, and after a few moments it began to install. But it got to only 87% then an error occurred 8002F1F9. It said System Update failed, Turn off system and disconnect it and try again later. Now every time I turn it on, it is installing and fails at 87%. Now I'm stuck on an update loop. Can I return the PS3, is it defective? Or can I fix it, if I can, can you let me know how?

this stupid project. we have to plan out a proper diet yea it may seem easy to you but it's like a fking puzzle you need to have a certain amount of nutrients no more and no less and certain calories and everytime you take some foods or add foods they fluctuate making it extremely hard. pissed me off i wanted to throw the damn computer at the wall lol. hopefully it's due next week so i have time to do it.
